I met Dan back in 1996 at an open house on Market Street San Francisco. At that time I had no knowledge of how to purchase a property in the USA. I remember very well Dan took his time to explain to me the basics of how to become a property owner. Two months later I bought my first condominium. Since then Dan has been my good friend and relater for the last 24 years. I end up buying and selling 4 proprieties with him.
